Evansview opened its newly constructed doors in August of 1999 in the popular southwest suburb of Littleton, Colorado. The building is located just north of County Line Road, dividing Arapahoe and Douglas counties, with their vibrant retail centers and residential communities. The building is entirely on the ground floor on a footprint of 15,000 square feet. Three exterior entrances provide access to interior suites. The proximity of the expanded Littleton Hospital give the building an additional appeal to businesses supporting the medical industries. The building management and ownership team is located on site to provide solutions and quality services to the tenants. This close knit group of tenants provides a sense of community that is uncommon in our fast paced society.
