Chase and Company has been a tenant at the Evansview Office Building since it was completed in 1999.  Evansview has been a great alternative to our former location in Downtown Denver in terms of affordable rents, free parking, and drastically reduced commuting time from my home in Southbridge.  The property is well maintained and located within close proximity to a number of supporting services including retail, restaurants, copying shops, delivery services, etc.  The location is also much more convenient for my clients traveling from the southern part of the Denver area, including DTC, Greenwood Village, Inverness, Highlands Ranch, and Douglas County.  The on-site storage space in the basement was also a major advantage influencing our decision to relocate to Evansview.  I would highly recommend the Evansview location to smaller companies seeking an alternative to office space located in the high rent districts of the Denver area.

Elite Marketing, Inc. has been a tenant at Evansview Professional Building since Spetember of 1999.  We have enjoyed our time as tenants, for the space, amenities and have found the Evansview Property Manager very responsive to our needs.  The fact that the property manager is on site is a huge plus!  We would recommend it heartily to anyone looking for office space in a newer building with a great location!
